FICTION: DANNY ALEXANDER'S FIGURES DO NOT ADD UP
The Governments own figures have exposed that Ministers claims about a substantially improved offer on pensions were a fiction. On November 2nd David Cameron and Danny Alexander said that the new proposals would mean that some people would receive improved pensions. But a pensions calculator on the civil service website contradicted those statements. Channel 4 News's Fact Checker studied the documents - and declared that the Government Ministers' claims were fiction.
